We understand that sometimes, despite careful planning, the unexpected happens which can force the need for changes.  Our intention is always to try to avoid situations that may result in us having to make additional charges for cancellation or rearrangement of services, and wherever possible we will try to accommodate any changes requested at no extra charge.

 

It is only on those occasions where cancellations are made without adequate reason or notice, that we will seek to recover the advance costs we may have incurred.

Please ensure that you review these Terms and Conditions each time you book a service from us as, by confirming a booking, you will be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions prevailing on the date of booking.
